A former Sacramento Monarchs basketball player and Olympic gold medalist is fighting back after her home landed on a foreclosure auction list.
The Sacramento Bee says Ruthie Bolton – a two-time Olympic gold medalist – is fighting back in court, claiming she was working on a loan modification when her home was authorized for foreclosure auction.
The b-ball player is taking her fight courtside and using the ongoing fight against dual tracking to make her claims.
