Interactive Mortgage Advisors is placing a $828 million Fannie Mae mortgage servicing portfolio up for grabs.

The Denver-based brokerage services provider says the mortgages are based primarily in Kentucky and throughout Appalachia. However, the portfolio does holds loans from other large, mortgage market states. 

The loans are newly-originated, with six-month seasoning.

There is also $15 to $20 million is flow production being sold as part of the deal.
