DocVelocity provides patented automated document recognition, data extraction and rules-based validation capabilities that enable straight-through processing with exception handling to increase productivity and lower costs for mortgage companies.
In 2016, Capsilon introduced a new version of DocVelocity that, among other new capabilities, included the Capsilon Collaborative Closing Center, a secure electronic collaboration workspace that speeds the mortgage closing process by enabling lenders and their settlement partners to review, validate and finalize the fee data required to prepare compliant Closing Disclosures as required under TRID.
