Titan Lenders, a mortgage services company, announced it was acquired by MetaSource, a provider of technology-driven services and solutions.

Some of MetaSource’s services include business process outsourcing, business process management, enterprise content management, workflow and customer service experience. The acquisition of Titan will broaden the company’s data-centric mortgage services.

"We welcome Titan to the MetaSource family," MetaSource President and CEO Adam Osthed said. "Not only does Titan bring a combination of solutions and mortgage industry expertise, but it was also apparent that our mission and values were in alignment."

Titan's CEO Mary Kladde agreed.

"From its inception, Titan's mission has focused on bringing much-needed transparency and standardization to the mortgage process," Kladde said.

"Titan was a natural fit for the MetaSource approach to improving mortgage operations, and we foresee this relationship proving fruitful for mortgage industry participants through access to the combined suite of MetaSource and Titan solutions," she said.
