zipLogix and Realty Pilot, a developer of enterprise software and data analytics for the real estate industry, entered into a strategic partnership, integrating Realty Pilot’s OfferRunway.com technology to zipForm Plus,  zipLogix said in a press release.   

As a result, users will be able to track their transaction history from within zipForm Plus.

"This partnership will give zipLogix users the ability to track the entire history of their offers on a real estate transaction and share it with their broker all with the click of a mouse button," said John Murray, president and CTO of Realty Pilot.

OfferRunway.com is a free offer-management platform, and both agents and their brokers will have access to the completed offer files.

"Our alliance with Realty Pilot enables our customers to manage their offers right within zipForm," said Walt McDonald, chairman of the board for zipLogix. “The OfferRunway.com system in conjunction with zipForm will maintain a full history of their transaction, assisting with compliance and increasing risk mitigation.”
