Malcolm Cisneros, a law corporation that focuses on the mortgage banking industry, announced the addition of Dale Martin as senior counsel. Martin will join the firm’s real estate transactions and compliance practice group.

Martin is also a real estate broker and associate professor of law at Cal-State University. His areas of practice include: commercial and residential real estate, financial institutions, consumer regulatory matters, business enterprises, franchise investment law and non-profit organizations.

Martin previously served as senior attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and as corporate counsel for banks and mortgage lenders.

Additionally, Martin has authored newspaper columns pertaining to business and real estate topics of interest to the public, served as a panel attorney for the California Association of Realtors and as a speaker at California State Bar and Orange County Bar Association seminars on the subjects of banking compliance, lending, real estate and related topics.
