The Urban Institute launched its new Housing Finance Policy Center to elevate the discussion of the housing finance system, the company said in a press release.

In addition, the site is designed to emphasize the relationship between the housing finance system, the economy, capital markets, housing markets and neighborhoods.

Laurie Goodman will lead the new center along with a team of researchers involved in this area of policy.
