Susan Levy, a Tucson real estate agent, has been sentenced to eight months in prison and ordered to pay over $700,000 for mortgage fraud by U.S. District Court Judge David Bury. Her daughter, Risa Levy, was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay some $83,400 in restitution.
