Housing inventory has been strikingly low across the country, frustrating many house hunters who have been finding themselves in fierce bidding wars for almost every home that is for sale. And that’s particularly true for the D.C. area, where “there’s just over one-month supply of homes on the market,” Block said in a blog post on ActiveRain.com.
