The Glen Town Center, a shopping area built on a former military base in Glenview, Ill., is the subject of a foreclosure lawsuit filed in June, the Chicago Tribune reported this week.
The property, which is part of a mixed, retail-residential community, last made a payment on its loan in 2009. Creditors are asking for the repayment of $56 million in debts.
