Former Dallas Cowboys player faces sentence in mortgage scheme

Eugene Lockhart Jr., a former Dallas Cowboys football player, could face up to 10 years in prison for partaking in a $20 million mortgage fraud scheme.

Kevin Krause with the Dallas Morning News says Lockhart pleaded guilty to a scheme in which participants recruited straw buyers to pocket returns.
