Foreclosure drop signals sea change in default management

The number of distressed residential and commercial properties falling into foreclosure has fallen significantly since 2009 but the reason is not necessarily a rosy real estate market.

Brian Ball with Columbus Business First suggests the foreclosure drop has more to do with financial firms changing their tactics when dealing with distressed homeowners.
