Field Asset Services promotes executives to key service roles

Field Asset Services, a subsidiary of FirstService Corp. (FSRV), promoted two individuals to executive positions as the firm hones in on vendor and client relationships.

Karen Glasgow will serve as executive vice president of client support services.

Glasgow joined FAS in 2010 and is now moving into a position where she will oversee all client-facing initiatives for the field services firm.

Glasgow previously served FAS as senior vice president of marketing and business.

In addition, FAS hired Paul Carlson to serve as executive vice president of operations, where he will lead the quality control, human resources as well as the facilities and vendor relationship management segments of the company.

Carlson most recently served FAS as executive vice president of client satisfication. Carlson and Glasgow will report directly to FAS CEO Dale McPherson.

“Our new structure of having executive vice presidents who are dedicated to clients and vendors helps create a simplified and more streamlined approach for interaction that ultimately will foster stronger partnerships,” said McPherson. “Karen and Paul have a deep understanding for the complexities involved with our industry, and I’m pleased to see them take on larger roles within FAS and continue to expand their level of influence.”
