loanDepot is hosting a job fair on June 25, shortly after the opening of the company’s new co-headquarters in Plano, Texas.

The mortgage lender expects to have about 250 employees in the first nine months, with plans to grow to more than 1,000 staff members in the next three years, the company said at the official opening of its headquarters last week.

The job fair is recruiting for the company’s Accelerated Career in Effective Sales program, which trains candidates with no mortgage experience in less than 90 days.

“loanDepot has quickly grown to become one of the largest direct retail mortgage lenders in the U.S. To continue our record growth, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team at our new co-headquarters in Plano,” said Mike Berte, executive vice president of national sales for loanDepot.
