Based in Houston, Texas, Envoy Mortgage decided to create a platform to provide builder products and services to small and large homebuilders alike. 

Since the mortgage company’s focus is on mortgage originations and servicing, the platform was designed to serve the varied mortgage needs of homebuilders across the 48 states and Washington, D.C., the article stated.
