Steve Eisman, founder of Emrys Partners, said investors should buy shares of homebuilders, mortgage lenders and land as the housing market continues to gain momentum.

“Housing is attractively priced versus incomes,” Eisman said. “While homebuilders are cheap, they have not priced in how much fundamentals have improved.”
