Deutsche Bank (DB) is moving closer to turning rental home payments into bonds, which could become one of the first new types of securitization since the financial crisis.
A $100 million credit facility the banking giant arranged for Five Ten Capital is backed by mortgages on rental houses, according to Rob Bloemker, chief executive officer of Deutsche Bank.
