Karen Lanzarini joins Berkeley Point Capital’s production team as director of loan originations, the company announced. 

Previously, she was involved in the commercial lending industry and worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage as vice president of originations. 

In her new role, she will operate out of the firm’s St. Louis, Mo., office.

“Karen is a proven leader in multifamily originations”, said Steve Wendel, executive managing director at Berkeley Point Capital. 

He added, “Karen’s extensive multifamily and healthcare lending experience will be yet another strong addition to our growing originations platform.”
