Gross purchases of mortgage-backed securities continued to dwindle, hitting $13.3 billion this week, down from last week, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Meanwhile, the central bank did not sell and of its agency MBS this week.
Additionally, the net purchases of agency MBS amounted to $13.3 billion from the same time period, down from last week.
