Global financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald has launched a new real estate lending shop in Atlanta, putting the city on the national stage for the rebound in commercial mortgage backed securities. Cantor Fitzgerald has joined with the Los Angeles private equity firm CIM Group L.P. to help grow the budding business, Cantor Commercial Real Estate.
