New American Funding expands in Arizona

Seeks to reach Hispennial population

New American Funding, a mortgage banker headquartered in Southern California, is expanding in the West with a new Arizona location.

The company will hold its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 30. The new branch, located on 1335 W. Lambert Lane in Oro Valley, Arizona, will offer residential mortgage services including purchase loans, refinancing and down-payment assistance. This marks the eighth Arizona branch for the company.

With the opening of the new location, the company announced Roy Franco as the branch manager.

“Your home is your biggest investment,” Franco said. “It’s important to work with the right mortgage company to protect that investment.”

The company said the new location seeks to target the area’s large Hispennial — Hispanic Millennial — population.
