StevenSteven McCormick, President and Co-Founder

Steven McCormick is the president and co-founder of First Centennial Mortgage Corp. Prior to co-founding FCM in 1995, Steven served as the vice president and co-owner of Professional American Collections.

PAC ranked as one of the top 100 receivables management companies in the world before going public.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Marquette University with a specialization in finance and marketing.

He is a current board member of the Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity and served on the Faith Christian Academy Board of Education as a trustee for five years.

 He also served on the Heritage YMCA Board, including chairing that board from 2006 through 2009.

 In 2007, Mr. McCormick was recognized as the Humanitarian of the Year by the Junior League of Kane and Dupage Counties, Inc.

He has four children and has been married for more than 20 years.

DaveDave McCormick, EVP and Co-Founder

Dave McCormick is the executive vice president and co-founder of First Centennial Mortgage Corp. and is responsible for the mortgage operation and secondary marketing function of the corporation.

Prior to co-founding FCM, Dave started and ran one of the top-10 mortgage credit companies in the country, finishing with the facilitation of taking the company public through an Initial Public Offering.

He has served on various not-for-profit boards as well as industry advisory boards. He received his Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and is married with four children.
