LenderLive boosts correspondent lending division

Hires Andrew Lion and Wendy Lovett as regional account executives

LenderLive Network is enhancing its correspondent lending division with the additions of two new regional executives, Andrew Lion and Wendy Lovett. Lion will cover the Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska territory, while Lovett will cover the states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.

Both Lion and Lovett (pictured above) will work with current and prospective clients, including community banks and credit unions participating in or considering the LenderLive correspondent program, the company said.

Lion (pictured below) joins LenderLive from Amerisave Institutional Lending, where he was Northern California account executive. Earlier in his career, Lion worked in retail origination with DHI Mortgage, a division of D.R. Horton, and as a wholesale account executive with CitiMortgage Inc. and Provident Savings Bank.

Lovett comes to LenderLive from Stonegate Mortgage, where she was most recently sales director. In this role, Lovett assisted in the development of correspondent and emerging banking and business channels.

Earlier in her career, Lovett was a vice president and account executive with Credit Suisse. She’s also held account executive positions with national lenders, such as Aurora Loan Services and New Penn Financial.

“There is growing demand for a better alternative when it comes to correspondent lending,” said David Vida, president of the LenderLive Correspondent Lending Division.

“Clients are looking for new partners who can provide a consistent, superior acquisition experience and, at the same time, protect their customer relationships,” Vida added. “Both Andrew and Wendy are seasoned professionals with long track records of working closely with correspondents and community banks to help them expand their mortgage businesses. They are important additions to our team and to LenderLive as a whole.”
