Ditech Mortgage Corp’s correspondent lending division announced two new features of its crimson jumbo product: non-warrantable condos and condotels. The new features will be launched following this year’s Mortgage Bankers Association Annual Convention & Expo.

Ernst Publishing will be providing a demo of their latest platform update at booth 343. The company's Cost2Close monitoring technology, which seeks to ensure that fees quoted match the fees at the closing table, has been updated for the new CFPB Integrated Disclosure rule, coming Oct. 1, 2015.
Check out demonstrations of Mortgage Builder's Architect Connect in booth 619. The platform allows borrowers to directly interact with the system through their computers and mobile devices. Demonstrations of Architect, Colonnade LSS and LoanXEngine will also be available.
