Sentinel Field Services, Inc. announced the hire of two new team members — Tom Tam, as chief financial and risk officer, and Tom Beckett, as national vendor manager.

Tam (pictured above) brings extensive experience in strategic and operational alignment, enterprise risk management, and executive and professional development.

“Mr. Tam’s experience in strategic risk management is perfect for rapidly growing property preservation like Sentinel,” said Phil Johnsen, CEO of Sentinel Field Services.

Previously, Tam spent eight years as the executive consultant for T&M Advisors. He had also served as the chief risk officer for HealthNow and for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Beckett (pictured below) has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, sales, marketing, investment analysis, recruitment and P&L.

“[Beckett’s] experience and working relationships will immediately benefit Sentinel as we take on and grow our business,” said Tam.

In previous years, Beckett was a general contractor who specialized in residential, commercial and industrial flooring, as well as remodeling and concrete surfaces.
