Buckley Madole adds Stephen Hicklin as senior litigation counsel

Stephen Hicklin has joined the law firm of Buckley Madole as senior litigation counsel. Hicklin was previously at Realty in Motion, where he served as general counsel for Northwest Trustee Services, FEI, and RIM Publications.

Hicklin brings more than 25 years of legal experience to Buckley Madole, with a focus on mortgage banking issues. Prior to his time at Realty in Motion, Hicklin served as senior counsel at Wright, Finlay & Zak.

Earlier in his career, Hicklin was also chief compliance officer at ReconTrust Company and senior litigation counsel at Countrywide Financial.

Hicklin will be based in the firm’s Long Beach, California office, but the firm said that Hicklin will provide support to Buckley Madole’s offices in San Diego, California; Arizona and Nevada.
