Newbold Advisors has promoted Kathy Keller to the position of managing director, strategy and compliance. Keller was previously a senior director. The change is effective immediately.

“Our clients are refocusing their business models to align operations with the new realities of compliance,” said Jason Bohrer, President. “We are excited that Kathy, who brings more than 25 years of experience to the firm, will direct this key practice area for Newbold.”

As Bohrer said, Keller brings more than 25 years of experience to her new role with Newbold. Throughout her career, she has focused on strategy, compliance, program management, business analysis, business process development, and operational risk management in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Newbold, Keller was part of Fannie Mae's executive team where she was responsible for leading their Enterprise Program Management, Business Architecture and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Additionally, Keller is a co-holder of a patent related to a novel process for the transfer of servicing rights and has been part of delivering several key industry initiatives including the Making Home Affordable program for U.S. Treasury.
