Flagstar approves ULSA as an AMC

Provides appraisal services to retail, correspondent channels

Flagstar Bank approved Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals as an Appraisal Management Company, providing appraisal services to both Flagstar’s retail and correspondent channels.  

“We are very excited to offer our high quality appraisal services to Flagstar Bank and their customers,” said Scot Rose, president and chief valuation officer of ULSA.

“As a fully integrated partner within Flagstar’s order management system, ULSA can now easily be selected for nationwide services and their partners can experience working with a premier AMC,” Rose added.
