LRES has added Ann Song as the company’s vice president of REO asset management. In her new role, Song has been tasked with managing the company’s REO portfolio and increasing the number of REO specialists in the company’s Orange County and Phoenix offices.

She’s also responsible for developing reporting and other processes to monitor the flow of the company’s REO assets and deadlines, ensuring adherence to investor and specific state, local and county requirements, and leading the implementation of operational strategies, objectives and processes.

“Ann’s extensive knowledge in the areas of quality control and REO sales will further enable our company to grow its REO division,” said Paul Abbamonto, chief operating officer. “Her proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and coordinate diverse groups will help LRES achieve even higher performance and profitability goals.”

Prior to joining LRES, Song worked for the U.S. Bank National Association in various management positions, with a focus on asset management, REO and quality control.
