Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, a mortgage services company, has promoted Eshna Ghosh to the newly created position of senior vice president of business development. Ghosh previously served as Wingspan’s vice president of business development.

In her role as VP of business development, Ghosh was responsible for diversifying Wingspan’s client base and acting as a liaison between Wingspan and its clients.

In her new role, Ghosh will continue to oversee Wingspan’s aggressive pursuit of new clients and expand current business lines. She will report to executive vice president for business development Susan Pettem. 

Prior to joining Wingspan, Ghosh worked as a senior executive in servicing, secondary marketing and securitization, as well as on the origination side of the business for Morgan Stanley, Accenture, and Robert Half International.
