Allen, Texas-based AIM Your Way and America’s InfoMart, Inc., a national field services company, added two industry veterans to its executive management team.

Anthony Golden (pictured above) and Todd Pawlinski (pictured below) joined the team as president and executive vice president of operations, respectively.

Golden has been with AIM’s software provider, Calbren Enterprises, since December 2012 where he served as president.

Previously, Golden held executive leadership positions in the field services industry, serving Clayton Consulting Services and GMAC-RFC, bringing 30 years of broad and valuable servicing industry expertise to AIM.

In addition, Pawlinski brings 29 years of servicing operational experience.

Most recently, Pawlinski was with the National Community Stabilization Trust, a national housing nonprofit where he helped combat the effects of foreclosure and abandonment on neighborhoods throughout the United States.
