MountainView Servicing Group is advising the sale of a Fannie Mae mortgage-servicing right portfolio with a total unpaid principal balance of $1.26 million, the company said this week.

The portfolio features interest rates significantly below current market rates.

In addition, it is comprised of 100% retail origination and is geographically concentrated in mid-Atlantic states.

Bids for the portfolio must be received by Jan. 28, at 5:00 p.m. EST.
