United Shore Financial Services hires first-ever chief strategy officer

United Shore Financial Services named Barbara Yolles the company’s first-ever chief strategy officer, bringing 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing to her new role.

Yolles will be in charge of leading business/brand strategy and corporate communications for USFS and its portfolio of brands which includes United Wholesale Mortgage, Shore Mortgage and Capital Mortgage Funding.

"Barbara is a marketing visionary with deep experience in business and brand growth," said Mat Ishbia, USFS president and CEO. "She is an asset to our executive management team and will be a key as we build sustainable growth going forward."
