Mortgage Connect promotes Cristy Ward

Pittsburgh, Pa.-based Mortgage Connect, a closing services company, promoted Cristy Ward to the newly created position of chief strategy officer. Ward previously served as executive vice president of sales at Mortgage Connect, as chief strategy officer.

In her new role, she will be in charge of the organization’s business strategy, the development and implementation of revenue generating strategies and policies, as well as leading the organization’s new business ventures and development.

Ward brings 17 years of industry experience to her new position, working with top 10 lenders to develop strategy, product solutions and streamline processes to maximize operational efficiencies and to mitigate risk.
