According to the South Florida Business Journal, home prices in South Florida, including distressed sales, jumped 14% in each of the area’s counties, with Miami-Dade leading the change as usual.

In Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall, home prices, including distressed sales, increased by 14.5% in August 2013 year-over-year. On a month-over-month basis, home prices, including distressed sales, increased by 1.4% in August compared to July.
