Keeping communications streamlined is a concern for all process servers and firms working with properties in the field.

To enhance this user experience, ProVest LLC recently launched Process ServerSnapshot!, a new app that lets process servers capture, document, store and share relevant information with multiple parties. The app provides critical information, including the date, time stamp, as well as the latitude and longitude of all photos pushed through the system.

Steve Campbell, chief information officer for ProVest, and Vic Draper, executive vice president, discussed the new tool recently, highlighting the benefits of the app against the backdrop of the firm's other tech solutions.

"Our mobile suite’s design incorporates innovative thought, clean form, and functionality that has been fueled by collaboration with our clients, servicers, lending institutions, and our field network of over 4500 process servers," the executives said in a statement from the company.
