Hammerhouse, a recruiting firm for mortgage firms, hired Jason Kutcher and Eric Pennell as strategic growth partners and Scott Hollo as a junior recruiter to expand the company’s national mortgage sales recruiting division.

Kutcher will be based at the office in Mission Viejo, Calif. and joins the firm from a national mortgage firm where he focused on mortgage sales recruiting across a number of different markets.

Meanwhile, Pennell will be located in the Hickory, N.C., office and brings over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Additionally, Hollo will be based in North Carolina and will work with Pennell to find opportunities for clients and candidates.
