Stonegate Mortgage opened its newest branch in Brandon, Fla., to serve  Brandon, Clearwater and the greater Tampa Bay Area.

Sales Manager Jennifer Martinez will lead the new office, bringing 12 years of experience to the position.

In addition to Martinez, three mortgage professionals have been hired to staff the location.
