Titanium Solutions CEO Up for Entrepreneurial Accolade

Titanium Solutions, Inc., one of the larger in-person loss mitigation vendors in the servicing industry, said Tuesday morning that its co-founder and CEO, Todd Sibley, has been named as a regional finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Utah.

The award recognizes exceptional entrepreneurs and their abilities to inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievements. Sibley is one of 25 finalists selected for the 2008 award.

“These finalists are the best of the best, embodying the spirit of entrepreneurism,” David Jolley, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program director for Utah, explained. “They positively impact our region in a major way, through jobs, community growth and development and innovation. Ernst & Young is proud to salute them.”

Titanium partners with top mortgage servicers to re-establish communication with homeowners facing foreclosure, running one of the nation’s largest lender-sponsored “door knocking” services. The company uses a nationwide network of real estate professionals, known as Home Retention Consultants, who meet with homeowners face-to-face in an effort to resolve outstanding mortgage problems.

The company’s efforts have become extremely critical for servicers and investors during a time when troubled mortgages are reaching all-time highs and an increasing number of borrowers are choosing not to contact their lenders directly.

Regional award winners are eligible for consideration in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 national program. Winners in numerous categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, Calif. on November 15.
