Lender Lead Solutions to Capitalize on Senior Lending Network Brand

Lender Lead Solutions, a leading reverse mortgage lender, said last week that it plans to change its name to Senior Lending Network. The SLN brand name is already used to encompass the company’s consumer brand, and has become a well-recognized brand by consumers thanks to ongoing national advertising efforts.
Senior Lending Network’s consumer advertising features spokesperson and legendary actor Robert Wagner, and has been ongoing since 2004.
“We believe that Senior Lending Network more appropriately describes the products and services we offer and corporate culture in which we work,” said David Peskin, chief executive officer of the company. “We also believe this will be a great boost for our partners who can now leverage the consumer awareness and tremendous response that the Senior Lending Network garnishes.”
Partners is a common term used for independent brokers, which the company relies on for much of its origination volume.
“From a broker’s perspective, the ability to align directly with Senior Lending Network … is a powerful tool,” said Louis Baccash of Connecticut-based Travis Mortgage. “Seniors want a level of comfort throughout the reverse mortgage process and knowing their loan is a Senior Lending Network loan will really help.”
The company plans to make the official name change in September 2008.
